It is Bestmed’s goal to establish preferred provider networks by focusing on contracting healthcare providers. To achieve this goal, we have partnered with the Independent Practitioners Association Foundation of South Africa (IPAF) to close a new, more comprehensive contract agreement with GPs in the form of the new Tripartite Contract. The Tripartite Contract is more balanced with attention to the needs of both the provider and the Scheme and includes the IPAF as a new partner.
